Channels

A Channel is a place where the organization talks to someone: a WhatsApp line, a Slack workspace, a Telegram bot, an inbox.

Fields

Besides the common fields:

Field	Required	Notes
`type`	Yes	`Channel`.
`kind`	Yes	The platform: `slack`, `discord`, `teams`, `telegram`, `twilio`, `github`, `linear`, `chat_sdk`, `mcp`, `linq`, `photon`, `http`, `custom` or `other`.
`identifier`	No	How the channel is addressed on its platform: a number, a handle, a workspace.
`platform_name`	No	The platform’s name, for `custom` and `other`.

The body is the channel’s description.
