Objectives
An Objective is something the organization commits to achieve, measured by its key results.
objectives/<slug>/OBJECTIVE.md, with its key results under
key-results/.
Fields
Besides the common fields:

type | Yes | Objective. |
kind | Yes | The horizon: strategic (connects with the vision of the business), tactical (short-term deliverables that inform decisions) or operational (the day to day). |
goal | No | The goal the objective belongs to. Objectives with the same goal are grouped, the way roles are grouped by team. |
The body is the objective’s description.
Links: owned_by toward the roles in charge of it, and
impacted_by toward the routines that move it.
